In August 2010, CUNIN SA and ALTERGIS Engineering decided to create a grouping with the aim of answering specific projects, jointly developed, and to promote and develop their trades on the ukrainian market and in the neighbouring countries ; to this end, an executive office has been established in Kiev.

After various experiences in CHERKASY in UKRAINE (construction of a biofuel boiler – retrofitting of a gas boiler) and a deep desire to develop our business in that region, the grouping decided in August 2011 to set up a specific entity with the creation of the ENERTEX company as a subsidiary of JULES CUNIN Group and ALTERGIS.

Enertex focuses its activity in Ukraine with urban heating development and in Chad with facilities management.
